Throughout 2009 John undertook a series of presentations to both government and private sector in South East Asia designed to assist delegates better understand what is really going on with the global economy. Presentations analyze the effect of government policy and market responses in order to provide a more understandable assessment of where regional and local markets are heading. The aim is to give the audience a better informed view of the facts from which they can better plan their financial future.

Subsequently articles written by John have been extensively published throughout the Asian press. His views on the underlying trends in the global economy in 2010 have drawn widespread attention from international media and television.

In addition John continues to give independent consultancy and advisory services to corporations, financial institutions and governments regarding debt, non-performing loans and assets, and loan restructuring.
